I no longer receive confirmation that I receive an application unless I go into my jot form Account
When I previously received an Update that I received an application it would come from

Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 - 184.108.40.206 has sent to too many recipients this hour.
I have removed it from our bounce list.
To prevent future issues, always make sure the email alert is configured properly.
In your case the email alert was lacking of a Sender Name.
