ppreviously, when a client filled out an online application I received indication that I received an application

    I no longer receive confirmation that I receive an application unless I go into my jot form Account

    When I previously received an Update that I received an application  it would come from

    =?UTF-8?B??= <noreply@jotform.com>

    Your email jim@myim****age.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 - 198.2.128.135 has sent to too many recipients this hour.

    I have removed it from our bounce list.

    To prevent future issues, always make sure the email alert is configured properly.
    In your case the email alert was lacking of a Sender Name.
