Header Images do not appear in PDF outputAsked by drjax on November 10, 2014 at 04:38 PM
I have the same problem as on this link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/316620-PDF-file-downloaded-from-submission-page-does-not-show-the-form-images
Even though it says it's fixed, I cannot make it happen. When the user submits my form, I receive email notice with pdf download link. I download, but no image or header. Please help.
The image also does not show on the Submissions page, so how could it come via email?
It appears that the Header Images are not currently supported on the PDFs. I have submitted a feature request ticket to see if they can be added to the PDF output at some point. We will let you know if we have any updates on this.
Note that the standard Image fields are being included into the PDFs if the 'Show Headers and Texts' option is enabled on the form submissions page.
