User logs into your site and the CSS forms are broken.
she is using IE 11 java 8 on windows 7 64 bit
We have tested this on multiple machines and it works just fine any help would be appreciated.

As you say it works fine on other machines, it seems the issue is with browser cache. I request you to clear the browser cache for Internet Explorer by following the steps provided in

Cleaned Browser cache, still having same issue.
