Having trouble understanding why we've reached our quota.

I'm have a little trouble with our "Form Quota."  I understand that the free version of the site comes with a 100-submission limit and a 100MB upload limit however I don't see where we've hit that limit anywhere.  According to the "My Forms" page, we've received only 23 submissions this cycle, 7 of which were SSL-secured, and even if normal text submissions count against our upload limit, we shouldn't be anywhere close to the 100 MB limit.

You have received 23 submissions, yes. But you also have got 10 SSL submissions. Our Pricing page states you can only get 10 a month. Whatever reaches first will make the account to overlimit.

But don't worry, I've reset the SSL counter after your explanation.
