    How to send Receipts for submissions to Customer?

    Hi there,

    I have a payment form for a service and was wondering if its possible to have a receipt or email automatically send to the customer when they confirm their payment ?

    Hello Dan,

    Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. 

    You should add a form auto-responder in your form which will send the submission email to the person who submitted the form. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
