how to edit existing form?

Here are the steps to edit your form:

1. Sign in to your JotForm account.

2. Click on the "My Forms" link from the header.

3. Select the form you want to edit and then click on the "Edit form" button. Please check the screenshot below:

Thank you for your help.  I should have been more specific.  I can access the edit area but can't seem to edit the text.  I just need to make a few minor changes and can't figure out how to access.

Do you mean to say that you want to edit the question labels and you are unable to edit?

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to edit your form without any issue. I was able to edit the question of your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

If you are still unable to edit your from fields, I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and then try again to edit. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
