    Hi Jot Jorm Support,

I am not using any Secure SSL for any of my forms but for some reason my JOtFORM SSL has exceeded its limit.

Kindly fix this because we are throwing a Charity Event really in 2 weeks and we need people to register.

Please let me know how to fix this.

    Hello meol,

Please be noted that ensuring just that the "Secure Form" check box is not checked will not stop you from receiving secure submissions. You need to ensure that the "Secure Form" check box is not checked and then copy the form's direct URL or the desired embed code and use it in your web page.

Have you embedded your form in your webpage? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look.

For now, I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once. You should stop using the form's secure url and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello Meol,

You also seems to have upgraded your account to premium monthly subscription.

Your account is anyway in good shape now.

    Thank you!
