Depending on conditions or data entered can I direct a user to another of our forms?

Hi, we need to be able to send a user to another one of our forms dependant on a few questions.

For example can if a user says there car they are looking to buy is above or below a set amount can we redirect them based on the answer to another Jotform?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement.

You can add condition in your form to "Change Thank You URL after submission" where you can use your another form's URL. Please check the screenshot below:
