I did check your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. I was also not able to download your form's submission in excel.
The issue seems to be caused because of the character "," you have in your form title. I am anyway reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
For now, I would suggest you to please rename the "Title" of your form by removing the "," (comma) and then try to download the submissions in excel.
