Not sure if anything is going on but my traffic numbers are steady because I run AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and my form submissions were steadily increasing through this past Monday (9-22-2011). So much so that I quickly exhausted the free 100 and had to upgrade to the Premium account.
Has anyone ever had form submissions hijacked? Is there a way for that to happen?

I don't think it's possible to hijack form submissions unless your webpage that has your embedded form was hacked and the action was pointed to another URL. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding your term. Can you please explain further what you mean by this?

That answers it. Thanks.
