    Hi guys!

Please notice that the form is not appearing in website. It shows and then it goes off. Like i would have reached the limit of 100 submission per month, but I am not over that limit, neither space disk. What can be the problem?

The form is embeded in this to pages

    http://www.pasionel.com/distribuidor.php

    http://www.pasionel.com/contacto.php

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Your Newsletter jotform is indeed not being displayed at either URL. Oddly enough, the issue isn't occurring with the Contacto jotform. At both URLs the Contacto jotform also has a bit of a display issue, in that it partially vanishes for just a fraction of a second before being shown. In both pages there may be some sort of conflict taking place between the JotForm scripts and other scripts. As such, try replacing the default code of both forms (at both URLs) with the iFrame version and let us know if doing so helps:

Hi Abajan! thanks for your reply.

The newsletter form is working fine with a Modal Pop at the top. The strange thing as in Chrome everything works fine. The problem is in firefox. In firefox when you open http://www.pasionel.com/distribuidor.php it vanishes, but if you click from there the newsletter link, then the form appears.

Maybe is something with the share script, but it was working fine till today.

    I will try iframe option.

    Best regards!

    Martin

    Martin,

Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to load either URL in any of my browsers. So, for the time being, I won't be able to check the difference in behavior between Chrome and Firefox. Nevertheless, do let us know if the iFrame solution helps.

    Thanks
