Email notifications do not seem to be sent

    We're not getting anything through our jot form. Our contact form on our website isn't working and we're not getting people's emails. I sent a request for a new password since I can't remembr the one on our account and even that didn't return any info.

    Hi,

    Your email was in the bounce list.

    h***o@les*****ddusty.com is IN  the bounce list

    I have removed it from the bounce list so you should be getting the emails now, but do let us know if that is not the case.

    You can also do this in the future by yourself following this guide: How to remove your email address from bounce list

    I have also resent the email for resetting password to your inbox. Please follow the instructions there to reset your password properly and let us know if you have any issues or further questions.
