I want to stylise a new form I just created to match another of my forms. What is the easiest/quickest way to do this without duplicating the old form and rewriting all the content in the new one?

Unfortunately, there is no other easiest way other than cloning to match the sytle of a JotForm with another at the moment. Cloning and editing the content to new is the easiest way to match the style, but not quickest since it involves editing of content. You may also try applying the same theme and copy any custom CSS code injected to the original. But you may be required to apply other custom color chosen in preferences and this is something like you are creating a fresh JotForm. There is a possibility of missing some styles using this method.

If you have already setup the fields on your new JotForm, the following steps can be helpful to you.

    1. Clone the old JotForm to a new JotForm

    2. Use our Field Manager app to move the fields from the new JotForm to the cloned JotForm

    3. Delete the unnecessary fields on the cloned JotForm

    4. Make modifications as you need and save the JotForm

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I assume that you have the cloned JotForm and new JotForm with necessary fields.

Please follow the steps provided below :

    1. Goto http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/ to access Field Manager App. You may be asked to authorize JotForm to access your forms.

    2. Click on Manage Fields and then Open a form to begin

    3. Select the cloned JotForm form Form Picker and Continue

    4. The fields from the cloned JotForm should be displayed on left side

    5. Now, click on Open a second form to clone the fields
