is the calendar report be user ID specific?

is can the report be user ID specific? For instance, if I allow specific users to key in information, can the report separate each user input and have them each have an individualized report?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible to create user specific reports. As a work around you might consider using a separate form for each user. This way you will be able to create individual (per form) reports. The form can be easily cloned multiple times:

I am sorry to inform you, but it is not likely that this can be done with JotForm, since we do not have tools to automatically move forms and create reports.
