This error usually happens when the limit of characters in the widget's textboxes has been exceeded.
However, I tried to check your forms to verify but I couldn't find the widget in them.
Did you remove it?
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I've probably exceed the character limit. I'll shorten the URLs and we
should be good, thanks!

I am seeing 20 neckties designs on the jotform you have mentioned above. Not sure if you have already removed some or not?
By the way very nice neck tie designs :)
- mstrozAnswered on November 11, 2014 at 05:31 PMThanks Ben.
Yes. I removed 13 to get within limits, then shortened the URLs and now
have all 33 and their respective labels.
Is there a way to wrap the products within the Form Collapse option in
order to make other fields available on the same page?

Yes, you can move the widget between the two form collapse widgets and that would make it fall under the same collapse tool.
We can also help you with some CSS code to get the fields close enough to look as if it is one and the same.
You can see it here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43146743240954 (I have just duplicated the first neckties widget).
This guide might be better at explaining this: Show or Hide multiple fields at once using form collapse tool
- mstrozAnswered on November 11, 2014 at 06:01 PMThanks again Ben.
I'm going to wrap the project for the night and will be back on it
tomorrow. I really appreciate all the help!
- mstrozAnswered on November 14, 2014 at 11:41 AMHi Ben,
I think the problem I'm having is that I'm not getting the form collapse
close. In other words, I can insert a form collapse widget, but I'm only
getting the open bar that allows me to add/edit text. When I first start
futzing around with JotForm, I saw an open and close bar, but not any more.

You should click on the Form Collapse tool and then take a look at the toolbar at the top of the screen. It will show you 2 buttons, Status and Visibility. Status is the one that controls if the collapse tool is opened or closed.
It will however always be opened in the Form Builder, but will become closed as soon as you preview it in a new tab.
