druidhillspreschoolAsked on November 11, 2014 at 8:15 PMI’m willing in this case to use the embed method, but that still doesn’t address the lack of any emails received from the form. I checked settings, confirmed it’s working and checked junk.
I also logged directly into webmail and saw no new entries from this form but many from other jot form forms on this account. Something is clearly not working.
This is a cloned form from one of your examples, could that be a contributing issue? -

Can you clarify which form you're referring to? I checked this form, see two submissions, both of which appear to have been sent successfully:

To check the status of emails see this link:

Let us know if you need us to look into this further, and please provide information on what form had the issue, and when you expected to receive the submissions.
Thanks!

OK. Glad to hear you resolved the issue. Notifications should be examined after cloning forms, but it should have sensible defaults. We'll explore if we can find what caused that. Thanks.
