    Not receiving email notifications

    I’m willing in this case to use the embed method, but that still doesn’t address the lack of any emails received from the form. I checked settings, confirmed it’s working and checked junk.
    I also logged directly into webmail and saw no new entries from this form but many from other jot form forms on this account. Something is clearly not working.
    This is a cloned form from one of your examples, could that be a contributing issue?

    Can you clarify which form you're referring to? I checked this form, see two submissions, both of which appear to have been sent successfully:

    I fixed it thanks, it was because I was using one of your copied forms a problem I’ve run into before.

    OK. Glad to hear you resolved the issue. Notifications should be examined after cloning forms, but it should have sensible defaults. We'll explore if we can find what caused that. Thanks.
