Trying to sign up and every username I try to use says it's taken.

    Hello, 

    I am attempting to sign up for your services but every user name I am attempting to use is already taken. I started with my name but moved on to just silly words, with no avail. I am thinking you may have a glitch in your system, nonetheless, I can't set up. 


    Can you please help?

     

    I was wanting my user name to be Shanelle Grisso.

    Hello Shanelle,

    That is strange. 

    I did try to sign up with username "ShanelleGrisso" and it seems to be available. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and then click on the following URL to sign up again:  https://www.jotform.com/signup
