Upload form failed message!

    Everything worked fine until a week ago. Now everytime users trying to upload a plain, unformatted through the form, receive this error message. What can be happening? Dropbox Pro Account is current and JotForm account too.

    Hello somosafro,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to upload the file successfully.

    What is the size of the file you are trying to upload? Does the file upload fails all the time? Have you tried to upload the smaller files? If you are trying to upload large files, I would suggest you to use the single file upload instead of "Allow Multiple" options.
