    Hi There

I want to create a BMI form that has if this then that statements.

So, if your BMI is <= (sum) then display the following comment "your BMI is to High, try exercising"

Can this be done. Please help. Thank you

    Hi Helen,

You can find BMI forms to our Form Template Gallery: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/category/calculation-form.

Now, for showing a message based on the specific result, you can use our Free Text HTML field and add a Conditional Logic (show/hide condition) to it.

For example: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43152684229962. If the BMI is greater than 30, a message will be shown below:

The conditional logic is simply like this:

    Using "Greater Than" rule.

Let us know if you need any further assistance implementing this to your form.

    Thank you!
