On April 14th when maintenance was being done on the JotForm site to fix bug issues dealing with the new platform, I received a couple of registrations. The payments were processed through PayPal, but I did not receive the JotForms these individuals filled out, so I am missing a few pieces of information that I need.
After the bugs were worked on I began receiving submissions pretty close to normal (With the exception of HTML code showing up in the email header, and the $ amount showing up as $0); But I am wondering if there is a way to somehow retreive the missing registrations forms, or if they are just gone.
When I run a report or click to view subissions, they do not appear. I also tried re-submitting one for them to replace the original, but as they already paid I closed out of the PayPal screen. This usually sends me a registration anyway, but now it doesn't appear to do so.
If I cannot retrieve the previously submitted forms from the 14th, is there a way to manually add them to the submission entries for the corresponding JotForm. My goal is to run a single report on the date of my seminar to use as my registration list at the check-in desk.
