receiving blank notification

    Receive email with notification but there is no info, just a blank page and a message saying " This message  has no content."

    Hello infinitegraphx,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Please let us know with which form you are having this issue with. I did check few of your last edited forms (which was on may 04, 2014) and did not find any issue with that. The notification email alert is configured correctly and it should not send blank submission emails.

    I also checked your account "Email History" and it seems for some reason the submission emails are being sent as blank. I would suggest you to delete the existing email alert you have in your form and add a new one to see if that solve the issue. The following guides should help you:
