With the PayPal payment form, would the customer have to have a PayPal account to use that payment option from my website?

I am trying to allow online payments from my website and want it to be easy for the customer. I just want to make sure that with the PayPal option the customer would not have to create a PayPal account in order to make a payment with the PayPal form.

Yes, to accept PayPal payments your visitor would need to have an account on PayPal unless they select to give their credit card data instead to settle the payment with you.

You could however include several different payment processing widgets on your jotform.
