Why is our payment page form disabled?

    When our customers submit their payment info on our payment page and press submit they receive a "form disabled" message.

    Why is this happening?

    Hi,

    Can you please share to us the link URL to the form in question?

    I already checked the website using the URL you have provided. But the form I saw on the page belongs to a different account/username and the form had already been deleted by the owner.

    Hello and thank you for your response. This payment page belongs to Ceresville Mansion and is part of our website www.ceresville.com. It is a secure domain we purchased through Network Solutions. I also renewed our subscription with Jotform earlier this year for two years.

    As the owner of the form we did not delete this form. It was originally set up for us by a company called Lynton Web. They created the form for us using Jotform.

    I am not sure what URL you are looking for me to provide? Can you please elaborate so that I can get you the information that you need to rectify the problem?

    This is the jotform http://www.jotform.com/form/12061923309 I found on the website

    If you try the form using its direct URL http://www.jotform.com/form/12061923309 you will see that it no longer available as it had already been deleted.

    The owner of the form is the account/username ceresville

    As you can see, the form is disabled because it was actually had been deleted already.

    Are you also the owner of the jotform account/username ceresville ?

    Try to login at http://www.jotform.com/login using this account and update us.
