Signing up for different lists on constant contact

I am not quite sure what you mean, but we do support integration with Constant Contact.

Do you want to have different lists available on your jotform based on the user selection? Or maybe to have the user subscribed to several different lists in the same time?

If you want to have them subscribed to different lists based on their selection you could do that by utilizing the iFrame embed widgets to hold different jotforms (each connected to different list), but if you want to have several lists in the same jotform, unfortunately that would not be possible, you can only select one list per integration.
