como puedo etiquetar las entradas enviadas desde el formulario hacia blogger?

Tengo un blog desde donde creo entradas  automaticas enviadas desde el formulario creado en jotform, pero me gustaria agregar una opcion donde pudiera etiquetarlas directamente en el formmulario y no en  blogger

Unfortunately there is no option to block the specific emails/IP addresses on our side, but what I would suggest is to add captcha to your jotform which would stop or diminish the number of spams.
