Sub-users

When I give permission rights to a sub user and give the the ability to view and edit all forms...They receive an invitation email, it asks them to sign up. They do so and they can see all of the forms I have shared with them , but shows them on the free plan....

What needs to be done to make sure they are showing up under my Economy plan with 10 sub users.....and the corresponding submissions allotment, etc.????

Hi Barry,

As your sub-users, they have direct access to your submissions and jotforms (to view and edit - based on the settings), but other than that their account is just like any other, completely separated from your own account.

What this means is that they would need to upgrade their own accounts in order to not be on a Free plan, but their count will not get increased for any submissions made on your jotforms, only on the ones that are theirs.
