    Hi,

Can you please tell us what is the issue with your jotform?

I presume that this is the jotform with the issue: http://www.jotformz.com/form/43154529848666

You have posted your question on a thread where there are few fields missing their entries in submissions, but from what I can see you do not have any submissions at all in neither of your jotforms.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    hi, Ben,

the issue is: Facebook integration seems to work, but profile fields (firstName, lastName, email) are not saved in submissions. The form checkbox value is saved correctly, but those fields from Facebook profile are kept blank. So is the redirect URL {firstName} substitution (blank).

I've createad a new submission just now so you can check it.

    Hi,

I checked your account and it appears as though you have two identical forms:

    http://www.jotformz.com/form/43133123745649  Correct

Which has the Name and E-mail fields and:

    http://www.jotformz.com/form/43154529848666  Incorrect

Which does not.  The submission was made to the form that does not actually have the fields you desire.  If you are embedding the second form, the fields will not show up because they are not actually there.  Please make sure you are using the correct form to embed with.

If you are still unable to get thing working how you would like after embedding the proper form, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    Hi, David,

I have 2 forms: one to be linked in emails, with all the fields; and another to be linked in facebook posts, with only one checkbox, once name and email come from facebook profile in a fit form.

The ...666 form is correct, the fields name and email are there, you can chek it in a mail notification pane, where all avaliable fields show up. You may check the fit forms docs also.

When I use the ...666 form, I'm supposed to login in facebook, fill in the explicit input and submit all data. But name and email (from facebook profile) are always empty in submissions.

hope you can help me, I'm in a hurry

    best regards

    Hi,

I can see what you meant on your jotform http://www.jotformz.com/form/43154529848666

I checked the existing submission of the form and can see that First Name, Last Name, and Email were empty on the test submissions

Can you please try redoing the integration. Follow this user guide

    https://www.jotform.com/help/278-How-to-integrate-your-form-to-Facebook-to-collect-profile-information-Fit-Forms-

Make sure that in the step 'Select type of information' the required data/info you wanted to collect are checked

Test again after redoing the integration. Check if this makes the difference.

Please inform us if issue remains.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delays.

I have checked and tested this thoroughly, and I came with the conclusion that there is no current issue with our Facebook FitForm integration

Here is my test integration settings.

this is the test form http://www.jotform.me/form/43157087364459

In the form submission result, it was able to collect the FB profile info of the FB account used to submit the form

take note the the Email address maybe empty because the FB account owner did not allow the email info to be public.

I suggest you checked in your FB App settings that it is properly configured.

in the Status and Review tab, make sure the required info are in 'green', which means they are linked correctly

Hope this help. Please let us know if you are still not able to make it work.

    Thanks.

Hi, Jonathan, thank you for your support.

I reviewed all settings: all the same, except for [App Domains] and [Site URL] at FB App Settings. As my form URL is:

    http://www.jotformz.com/form/43154529848666

I've set "jotformz.com" for domain and site URL, avoiding the following FB error at login:

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

Still First Name, Last Name and E-mail keep blank in submitted data.

Do you think the domain must be "jotform.me" for a FitForm to work? How can I get access to it?

    best regards

    thanks

    Hi,

Can you please put jotform.com as a site domain in that case?

What I mean is leaving the jotformz.com and adding jotform.com next to it, but leaving the site URL to point to the jotformz.com.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

hi, Ben, thank you for your support.

Facebook doesn't accept it, complaining: "This must be derived from Canvas URL, Secure Canvas URL, Unity Binary URL, Site URL, Mobile Site URL, Page Tab URL or Secure Page Tab URL. Check and correct the following domains: jotform.com"

    hi guys

I've set "http://jotform.com" as FB App Mobile URL and successfully added "jotform.com" to App domains. But still FB profile data is blank.

Inspecting form input elements I see fields values are not being set after FB login.

At first form load, Javascript Console shows the following errors:

    Hi,

The errors above are related to FaceBook and to me do not seem to tell much about jotform, but what I would like you to try next is to embed the jotform using the secure URL.

You can see here how to set the URL to be secure: Get embed code for Secure Form

Once you set it as secure, please break the integration, then Clear form cache and integrate it once again.

Do let us know how that goes.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Ben

secured, removed integration, cleared caches, rebuilt integration...

    but still the same: blanks.

What is "jotform.me" and how can I have my forms hosted this way?

    Hi,

This is actually just a different domain for some of our servers depending on the location. You can not change it from one to another, but it works the same with any of them.

I will however open a thread to our developers to see if they can think of anything else that might be the reason why the integration did not work for you.

They will update you through this thread as soon as they have any update on the issue.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

@NYCE, If you wouldn't mind creating a new thread letting us know the form you are having trouble with, we will be happy to have a look.  It is much easier for us to keep track of issues separately.
