    Custom URL Thank You page not redirecting

    Hi again! After submission, my page redirects to the default Thank You page, even though I have it set to redirect to a custom URL. My form can be found at nothingmoretarot.tumblr.com/query, and the page it should redirect to is at nothingmoretarot.tumblr.com/thanks. In the Thank You Page Wizard, I have marked 'Custom URL' and filled in the URL I want. What should I do?

    Hi Alice,

    I would first like to suggest that you register for a free account since there are no charges on it and you can log in to your account and find your jotform there every time no matter the device.

    I only mention this since you are on a guest account and sometimes (if your cache or cookies are deleted) you will not be able to find the jotform - since there is no account while subscribing to free account is simple and quick :)

    It will also allow us to check the issue with the thank you page.

    I can only presume that the URL is not valid so it defaults to the welcome page.

    Please replace this:

    nothingmoretarot.tumblr.com/thanks

    with this:

    http://nothingmoretarot.tumblr.com/thanks

    and then again.

    Hi! This is Alice (I made an account as per your suggestion). I replaced the URL with the URL you suggested, but that did not fix the problem. Is there other information I can provide that would help solve the problem?

    Hi Alice,

    I was able to see what the issue is now. You had a condition to change the thank you redirect to a thank you message that changed it every time.

    Now I have removed this for you (which I hope you will not mind) so it should be working properly now for you.

    Please test and let us know how it goes.
