How can we transfer emails from one form to another?

We need to automatically enter emails from one form to another if a condition is met.  For example, client A filled out form 1 with questions he or she needs to be answered.  She enters her email in form 1 and we post her submission publicly but we block out her email.  Client A's submission is assigned a unique ID # and is part of the submission.  Client B is filling out form 2 to answer Client A's questions.  Client B enters the unique ID # into form 2.  If ID # in form 2 equals ID # in form 1, can we automatically transfer the email from form 1 to form 2 so Client A can be notified that her questions were answered?

You are looking for a way for prepulating fields to a second form.

In case you are not able to open that link right from the forum email notification, you can open the thread on browser. The links from the post will work.
