Redirect not working and form not responding to changes in form width

I have embedded JotFrom on this page on our website, http://www.naplia.com/cyber/cyber-security-quote.html and below are the issues I can’t figure out how to correct:

1. I asked that the submission redirect go to http://www.naplia.com/cyber but even though I put that url in the Thank You Page Redirect URL field, it says “The page cannot be displayed” I also tried with putting just http://www.naplia.com and the same thing.   I have tried all versions…http, https.  Even though valid URL it does not display.

That looks to be an error with the server your redirection page is hosted on.  Make sure you are including the web page file name in the post URL (http://yoursite/app/Page.aspx instead of http://yoursite/app) if possible.
You may need to explicitly allow POSTs to the file type of your web page. See here for instructions of how to do it in IIS. (Those instructions are for IIS 6. For IIS 7 simply go to Handler Mappings, click Edit for the appropriate entry, click the Request Restrictions button, then go to the Verbs tab.)  If this does not allow for redirection to your page, let us know and we will see what else we can do.
