Redundant Billing

    I upgraded to a yearly plan on 10-23-14 at the $90 level.

     

    On 11-8-14 I received an email that my monthly plan had renewed at $9.95/m

     

    Isn't that a mistake?

    Hi,

    I checked our records and it does appear as though you have a duplicate subscription.  The yearly subscription was applied without the monthly one being cancelled.  I went ahead and refunded the most recent monthly payment and cancelled the related subscription.  You should receive an email stating that your subscription has been cancelled.  Please disregard this email as it only pertains to the monthly and not the yearly one have purchased.  Your account will not be effected.
