My forms are submitting if the "secure" SSL is off but are not submitting SSL at all. It says there are errors but none are highlighted. I need the secure forms to work as this is for a doctor office so this is pretty prohibitive so please help.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I was able to submit your SSL form in Google Chrome. I saw the error for a moment, but then the form was automatically submitted.

"There are errors on the form" error message usually means that one of required fields is not filled, so this might be the case too.

Also there is a little chance that the issue might be related to the Short Scrollable Terms widget. This widget is being loaded from external address, so in theory there might be some conflicts. You might consider trying a simple Check Box field with a link to the Terms.

    I have read and agree to the <a href="http://www.example.com/" target="new" title="Opens in a new window">Terms and Conditions</a>.
