Hi, I went through the FAQ "Why don't I receive submissions by email?" and tried a few other things and can't get emails from my form submission. I get the email when I use the "test' button on the jotform website, but not when I fill out the form from the link and submit it. FYI, after I submit it, I just get a blank webpage (I'd expect something like "your form submission was successful" or something).
Please debug the problem for me and send me the email server logs if necessary.

Upon checking your form, I was able to reproduce the error.
However, I did a test by cloning your form and deleting the conditional notifier and the form worked.
Please try to delete this notifier from your form and let us know if it works.
