Hi,
As recommended by a member of your team, I activated for uploaded photos to be attached to the e-mail message however I am not receiving the photos as attachments.
Possible to verify ?

Hi jorgedasilva,
Thanks for reaching out Jotform Support. You need to enable Send Uploads as Attachment from Email Settings. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, go to Settings.
- In the Settings Menu, click on Emails on the left side of the page.
- Click on Notification Settings, and go to the Advanced tab.
- Enable the Send Uploads as Attachment option.
- Click on Save.
After completing the steps above, your email will look like the one below:
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi,
I followed your steps, it works for one of my files (shift report forms) however does not work on my other files such as YUL - End of shifts reports and YOW - End of shifts reports.
Possible to look into this for me ?

Are you getting the 404 error message when you click the link to download? Are you aware is the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" is disabled on your Privacy settings? This is commonly happening if that option was enabled on your form, you will need to log into your account to view the uploaded image.
You can proceed with disabling the "Require log-in to view uploaded files". Let me provide you with the steps and a screenshot below:
- On the Jotform homepage, click on your avatar/picture on the top right of the screen and then select the Setting.
- On Settings in Privacy, look for the "Require log-in to view uploaded files". It should be unchecked/unticked.

This seems to be an internal bug, I have followed all your instructions and this is still happening.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and test your form I was able to get the upload attachment in my email notification like my other colleague's results. If you would mind, can you please allow us to test your actual form? Sometimes, there are different results when testing the actual form and cloning the form. It will help us to deeply investigate what is happening.

Yes, please test out all our forms, we only have 3: YUL, YOW and YYC.
It works sometimes and other times it doesn’t however YUL never worked.

Hello Jorge,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I have checked the mail logs and I can see that the submissions made from my colleague were sent successfully. One of the reasons could be email filtering where emails go directly to the spam/junk folders. This guide will help you how to check if emails are bouncing so you can remove them from the bounce list. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses. Lastly, I recommend you check the email history of your account in order to make sure the emails have been successfully sent to your clients.

Hi Jorge,
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer live phone support. I have reviewed the forms and it seems that YYC - End of Shift Report and YOW - End of Shift Report doesn't have a Notification/Autoresponder email as shown below:
As for the form YUL - End of Shift Report the Notification email setting Send Upload as Attachment isn't turned On as shown below:
Also, the form doesn't have an Upload form field which means that the users can't upload a file. Please add an Upload form field for the form YUL - End of Shift Report. As for the other forms, please create a Notification/Autoresponder email with the setting Send Upload as Attachment turned on. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Click on + Add an email.
- Click on Notification Email.
- Click on Advanced.
- Turn on Send Upload as Attachment.
- Click on Save.

Are you referring to the attachments added in the upload field? I made a test on a cloned form and was able to receive the attachments:

Hi Jorge,
For testing purposes, I added my email address as one of the recipients of your "YOW - End of Shift Report" form's notification email and did a test submission. The notification email I received has the 2 uploaded images as attachments. See the screenshot below:
Can you confirm on your end if you also received the notification email for my test submission and if it also has the image attachments at the bottom? If you're still not seeing it, can you clear your browser cache and then check the email again? If you're opening the notification email using your email app on your phone, try opening the email on the webmail version in a web browser to see if the attachments are included there.

If you have already checked this guide on why you are not receiving email notifications, we suggest to use your own email as the Sender Email instead of the default noreply@jotform.com in your Email Notification. You can check this link on how to set up SMTP to your form.You might also want to check out this guide about How to Edit or Delete Sender Emails on SMTP Settings.

Hi,
The problem persists where the photos are not uploading to the e-mail.
Tests were conducted earlier today however with PNG and not JPEG.
JPEG tests should be conducted.

Thank you for getting back to us. Upon checking your YYC form, I have cloned and tried to replicate the issue. Everything seems to be working fine on my end. I have sent submissions to my cloned form and was able to show JPEG images. I have also tried opening the email on my phone as well, and it works fine. I have sent a test submission on your live form, can you check on your end if it works? Also can you try cloning your form and create a test submission in order for you to check on your end if you can replicate the issue? Here is more information on How to Clone an Existing Form From your Account. If the issue still persists, please let us know.
