I do not want to create products within JotForm but still process payment.  Is this possible?

 I use my company's credit car processing which does not charge me.  Can I give them my paypal account?  It looks like the integrated apps make me create products.  Often they are looking at things on my website and then messaging me what they want so they can redeem discounts, etc.  I don't want to create products within jot form.  Is this possible?

If I understand your requirement correctly, I think you were looking for the Custom Donation/Amount Payment option.

Using any of the Payment tools 

you can collect donation or custom amount. When you add the payment tool, there is an option in the Payment Wizard: Payment Options

Collect Donation / Custom Amount Payments

You can use this option to process payments without any products at all.
