Can I integrate my form with PayPal and MailChimp together?

I want a form to integrate for payments with Paypal but also go to my list in Mailchimp - will this work?

Absolutely. You can have a PayPal question in your form and at the same time you can integrate your form with MailChimp and/or any others available integration as well. All integrations will work simultaneously without any problem.
