    Save form: condition or email setting problem...

    I open a new topic even if another is still currently not solved regarding "too many conditions".

    As I suspected a bug related to the number of conditions and that it seems the bug is actually somewhere in the e-mail notifications field according to Jotform support desk, I changed the way I notify the different departments according to the subject of the form.

    I limited the number of mails to 1 and I still can change the fields in the email and I can still enhance the functionality of this notification without any problem. While working out a some more sophisticated mail, I found an error in one condition.

    In fact, it is a field defined twice in the "show"conditions...  First time correctly and the second rule is incomplete. With as result that the second rule is executed, so the wrong data appears on the message.

    It is very easy to remove the second condition, normally... But while doing this, the same problem occurs again: the form is not saved... The "save"icon on the top left is running for hours... nothing happens.

    The "working" icon in the bottom left does not appear. Exact the symptoms I pointed in the other topic (http://www.jotform.com/answers/43796-Is-there-a-maximum-rules-#12).

    I know your development team is working on the topic. But I suspect the problem does not only come from the email notifications. Hope this helps determining the bug...

     

    A solution is urgently needed, as the workaround I found seems not to be sufficient.

    After I made some tests, I don't think there are any issues with your email notifications.  It seems that this boils down to only your conditions that's causing the non-stop saving of your form.  We will keep you posted on your other post
