Why has my form been disabled and not found?

    hello

     

    this is my first experience with jotform. well i found it awesome...

    but now I'm getting this error when i try to view my created form:

    Form not found

    This form is disabled
     
    i checked it up if its disabled in "my forms" but its not.
     
    how to solve this problem?

    The reason you're unable to find your jotforms on your account was because your account was suspended by our system as it is often a bit sensitive to jotforms which are using specialized characters such as with the language your jotform has on it.

    We do apologize about that and I have reactivated your account since I can see it was incorrect.

    To avoid this problem in the future we recommend that you switch and use our Language Tool. You can then set your form to english and your native language as an alternative option.
