    My apologies!
    I didn't realize it was sent to the support team!  
    I had a client tell me they tried filling out my form and was unable to submit because of errors.  I'm not sure what the problem could be that caused that.  She double checked the asterisk prompts a few times as well.

    Hi ellebaker,

    Thank you for providing us with more information regarding the issue that you are experiencing.

    Do you know what error your user was receiving when trying to fill out the form?

    All fields that have the asterisk will need to be completed before the form can be submitted. Your form also has a signature widget, if a signature is not added the form cannot be submitted either.
