Why wasn't I receiving an e-mail with the submission information?

    I was under the impression that I would receive an e-mail with the submission information. Can the account be set up to do that?

    By default your jotforms will have at least 1 email notification attached to them at the time they are created which automatically gets populated with your account's email address. If you want it to go elsewhere then you will need to check your reply-to and recipient settings to change it.

    If you're unsure then you can also check on it via your Email History to find out where it's going.
