Aligning text-box and submit button

To clarify, when I inject the recommended CSS the submit button is disappearing, so I'm trying to figure out how to get it to work.

So you want to align the text and submit button on the same line as well right?

You can use the "Shrink" and "Merge Above" method. Refer to this guide on How to position form fields (http://www.jotform.com/help/90-Form-Field-Positioning)

Shrink both fields then merge the submit button by clicking the "merge to above line"
