Auto-correct phone numbers

Is there are way to auto correct phone numbers in the form?

+49... = 49...

0049... = 49...

081... = 62 81... (Indonesian cell phone number)

0179... = 49 179... (German cell phone number)

Unfortunately, our form doesn't have that functionality on its phone field.

The closest I think that resemble that functionality is the Phone Picker Widget (link: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/phone_picker )

What the Phone picker widget does is, it automatically assign the Country code for the phone number.
