In Facebook, after a user hits submit, the thank you page stays at the bottom.

I have a form that is pretty long. You have to fill it out and scroll fairly far down to finish it. Once you hit submit, the thankyou page comes up. It works fine except all the user sees is a blank white area because the iframe doesn't go back up to the top of the page where the thankyou message is. Is there a way I can get it to scroll back up to the top automatically? Is this a problem with tabpress?

    Hi Irosica,

First of all, thank you for using JotForm.

In as much as we would like to help you with your issue, we might need additional details such as the embedding code used and the URL of the Facebook page where the form is embedded. We will be waiting for your response.

I have the same issue.  The problem is the iframe is larger then the parent window.  So if when the iframe is built the height of the iframe is 1600px and the submit button is at the bottom of the page.  When the button is clicked the form submits without issue however the user is scrolled down to the bottom and needs to manual scroll the page back up to the top to see the thank you message.  I have tried to add some javascript to the thank you page however it does not get rendered.  Any help with this issue would be great!

The reason for that is because the form is loaded in an iframe, therefore the thank you message loads in the iframe as well. This results to the page not moving even if you have made submissions with the form. Because you scroll down to the page when filling up the form and hitting the submit button, the page stays scrolled down even after the thank you message appears.

To counter this, create a separate web page that is hosted on your site as your thank you page.

Choose Custom URL instead of Thank You message. Enter your custom thank you page's url.
