There is a bug with form field validation (only when using the option to require input) for the phone number field when using the Google Chrome browser. This bug does not appear when using other browsers like Internet Explorer.

It is a serious bug since a user cannot submit the form if they can't get past the phone number required text validation.

    Please inform. Thanks.

    Hi,

I believe this is because the field you used for the "Phone Number" is a "Number" field under the Quick tools, and by this, if you add "-" or non-numeric characters, it will result into an invalid data which in your screen shows "This is a required".

    1. Here is a sample form, I cloned your form for testing purposes.

    2. If you would like to use a free text field to let your users to type and input "-" or combination of numbers and characters, you can check the screenshot below.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.

    Thank you.
