Form Calculation

    I have a payment setup on my form through Paypal. The form has a checkbox field for "Quantity" and a second checkbox field for "Set Up Fee".

    Both checkboxes are checked when a user logs in the page. My problem is when a user unchecked the "Set up Fee" checkbox, the form takes him/her to Paypal which only shows the book quantity charge but no set up fee.

    On the "Set up Fee" checkbox I have tried the following:
    <input name="q11_quantity[][id]" type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox" id="input_11_1004" value="1004" checked="checked" disabled="disabled" />

    I have included the value "disabled", so the user can't uncheck the checkbox. It works fine in the form page calculation but when you submit the form Paypal doesn't see the "Set up Fee" because of the value "disabled".

    Is there a way to have the "Set up Fee" checkbox checked all the time (without the user unchecking), and Paypal showing the set up fee plus the book charge?
