why the form do not open whene i complete it and save it?

    I see that the account is autosuspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. As I check your JotForm, it seems that you are collecting sensitive information through JotForm which is not allowed through JotForm. I've removed concerned fields in your JotForm and activated your account. 

    I request you to refer to our terms of usage again and please do not collect any sensitive information through JotForm which my result in the suspension of your account again.
