Jotform not available and Errors throughout the day

    Over the past few days, there have been an extreme amount of time that Jotform is not available, the form is taking forever to load (this must be a huge form message, when the form is not huge) and other random errors.

    Is it possible that you need to re-evaluate your access and what it takes for Jotform to become overloaded/too busy.  Also when incorporating new changes and features, is it possible to take times during the day and let us know when Jotform will not be available? based on your clientele, it would make sense to save all your changes and incorporate updates during "off peak hours".

    Just a suggestion, we love all the great changes, but this week has been difficult, i do realize you are making many new updates to the "form designer" application.

    Could you please try clearing out your browser cache to see if that is the issue? 15 Ways to Clear Your Browser's Cache - wikiHow

    I suggest this since it was working properly for us and that can quite often be a cause of all issues with form not loading properly.

    Do let us know however if that does not work for you and if you can tell us if this happened to you when you wanted to access Form Designer or in the Form Builder itself?
