I made a complaint that the next button was not working a couple of days ago. It only works on firefox, but not internet explorer and and chrome on Windows computers (it also seems to work fine on my Ubuntu machine on chrome and firefox). I was wondering if any progress has been made. To be perfectly honest, JotForm was by a mile my first choice for a product to buy, but the fact all our forms have been down for almost a week without anyone fixing it has really shaken my belief that this is the product we should buy. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I'll start looking at other for form builders again.

Here's the form that matters the most.

Some of the other complaints suggested that the problem was with the masking features (If we can't use custom masking, than JotForm definately isn't the right solution for us), so I made a very basic form which pretty much had nothing other than a next button and a little bit of text.

The next button does not work on any of these either. The obvious problem is that I am using different versions of chrome, but both computers are using the most recently updated version of chrome.

At the very least, I would like feedback on whether you guys can replicate the problem, so that I know if I need to start looking for what could be wrong from our end.

Is there any issues with internet security that might be causing the problem? How about updates to java, or adobe or something like that?
