I made a complaint that the next button was not working a couple of days ago. It only works on firefox, but not internet explorer and and chrome on Windows computers (it also seems to work fine on my Ubuntu machine on chrome and firefox). I was wondering if any progress has been made. To be perfectly honest, JotForm was by a mile my first choice for a product to buy, but the fact all our forms have been down for almost a week without anyone fixing it has really shaken my belief that this is the product we should buy. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I'll start looking at other for form builders again.

Here's the form that matters the most.
Some of the other complaints suggested that the problem was with the masking features (If we can't use custom masking, than JotForm definately isn't the right solution for us), so I made a very basic form which pretty much had nothing other than a next button and a little bit of text.
The next button does not work on any of these either. The obvious problem is that I am using different versions of chrome, but both computers are using the most recently updated version of chrome.
At the very least, I would like feedback on whether you guys can replicate the problem, so that I know if I need to start looking for what could be wrong from our end.

Is there any issues with internet security that might be causing the problem? How about updates to java, or adobe or something like that?

A ticket was submitted for your previous post: http://form.jotform.us/form/43015808990155
The ticket was however regarding the configurable list widget conflicting with the "Next" button when marked as required.
I have not been able to replicate the issue that you have been experiencing regarding the "Next" button not working. Please see the screenshot below:
This was done in a Chrome browser on Windows.
This issue maybe cause by your networks firewall. Have you tried to access the form from another network?
Are you using the directly link to your form, or is it embedded on a webpage? If it is embedded, can you provide us with the link.
Please try to access the secure version of your form and inform us if you are experiencing the same issue: https://secure.jotform.us/form/43015808990155
We await your response. Thank you.
