The forms, when filled out, are viewable within the JotForms website but they are not going out like they need to. These are newly created forms so we know to put a generic "return to" email address. The previous forms, which we used successfully and have cloned to make the new forms, still work. Help!?!?

From my understanding, you need to setup an email notification so your form submissions will be sent to your email address correctly. If this is the case, please refer to the step by step instructions below.
