How to show contract upon submission

Go to green, I am having my clients sign the contract via JotForm.  However, in testing I am finding that the entire contract I have typed out is not showing upon submission (which for legal reasons it would be great for it to show when the user submits acceptance) rather than solely their signature of acceptance.

Is there a way for this to happen?  Thank you!

We appreciate your initiative on going green. I believe that you are referring to the JotForm titled "Photography Portrait Session Contract". I've tried submitting this JotForm to test and was able to see the Thank you page only. Could you let us know where did you type the contract to display after submitting the JotForm? Did you make any changes to the Thank you page? 

If you want to display the contract after submitting the JotForm, you can choose Thank you message from Thank you page Wizard

and display the contract here.
